Small Garlic Pancakes

The night before, wash 200g of small garlic, change it to a knife, grab it with an appropriate amount of salt, and set aside.

Prepare 500g rice noodles.

Put an appropriate amount of warm water into the rice noodles, add garlic, and knead evenly with your hands.

Put the oil in the pan and bring it to a boil, then put the kneaded pancakes into the pan.

When the bottom is golden brown, turn over and continue frying.

It can be served until both sides are golden brown.
Tips:
Because of the season, I can only eat it once or twice a year, and probably because of this, it has been so many years, I can't forget it.
Grab the garlic with salt in advance to remove part of the spicy taste.
