Many friends like fried small meatballs, but the meatballs that are already oily are fried with oil, which will make my mind more or less scrupulous. So today I made a small meatball that does not need to be fried. The oil is forced out, reducing the greasiness, but the taste is not discounted at all.

Small Meatballs

1. Ingredients

2. Cut the pork into small pieces and grin it twice with a meat grinder.

3. Chop again with a knife, and finally chop with the back of a knife.

4. Roll the sweet potato starch into a fine powder with a rolling pin.

5. Add cooking wine and salt to the chopped meat and stir well.

6. Add the beaten eggs and stir in one direction.

7. Add the chopped green onions and stir vigorously in one direction.

8. Finally, add the sweet potato starch and stir it in one direction. You can also grab it and beat it more.

9. The mashed meat after the strength was picked up and squeezed out from the tiger's mouth into meatballs.

10. With the aid of a spoon, scoop up the meatballs and put them on the grill.

11. 200 degrees, about 18 minutes.

12. Look at the oil in the pan, it's all shed during baking.

Tips:

The meatballs made in this way are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and can also force out the fat in the meat, so the meatballs are less greasy.
