This dish is made of yam, snow peas and carrots with vegetable stir-fry. Because the three ingredients are in three colors, they are called three-color stir-fried. This dish has a light taste, rich nutrition and many effects. It is a healthy dish.

1. Pick and wash the ingredients.

2. Cut carrots into slices.

3. Snow peas back to the knife.

4. Cut the yam into slices.

5. Pick up the frying pan, put the carrots in the frying pan and serve them out.
