Soy sauce water is a cooking method in Xiamen. According to legend, the earliest fishermen came from the sea. The fishermen did not have too many condiments or complicated cooking tools on the sea, so they added some soy sauce and water to the pot and boiled them. There are more than 5 kinds of small fish in the pot, they call it mixed fish soy sauce water.
