Snow Peas and Onion Mixed Fungus

Wash snow peas and change the knife.

Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil, blanch until it is dead and remove it to cool.

Blanch the fungus with the water of blanching snow peas.

Wash the fungus and set aside.

Cut the onion thickly.

Soak the onions in cold water for a few minutes.

Put snow peas, onions, and fungus on a plate, and garnish with carrots.

Season with salt, light soy sauce, aged vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl.

Stir well.

Pour on the plate and mix well.
