Soft Tofu in Red Oil

Steam the lactone tofu on a basket and turn off the heat when steam is generated. This treatment is mainly to make the lactone tofu firmer.

Make a small mouth at the bottom four corners of the tofu box to facilitate the pouring out of the lactone tofu.

Pour the internal fat tofu into the prepared container.

Add a little oil to the pan, add a tablespoon of red bean paste and fry to make the red oil, add the sliced mustard, then pour a spoonful of red oil, stir well, and then pour it on the lactone tofu.
