Sophora Japonica

Wash the Sophora japonica and dry under water control.

Pour in flour, appropriate amount of water, salt, five-spice powder, and eggs.

Stir all the ingredients clockwise. Note that the thinness is appropriate, if it is too thin, it won't shape, and if it is too thick, it will taste too dry and not soft.

Pour oil in the pan, more appropriate. Pour in the stirred Sophora japonica and spread out.

To make it easier to turn over, use a spatula to divide the cake into small pieces directly in the pan.
6.
Flip both sides, smell the scent and it will be cooked, out of the pot.
