Soup: Lily Yam Porridge

Main ingredients ~ 100g millet, 1 fresh yam, 20g dried lily, appropriate amount of water.

Peel the yam medicine and cut into pieces with a hob. Soak the lily with water for a while.

Add water to the soup pot, add the washed rice to high heat and cook for 10 minutes after the water is boiled.

Add yam and lily.

After boiling, turn to medium and low heat and continue for 30 minutes until it becomes viscous.
Tips:
Yam should be used for this porridge. Ordinary yam is not recommended. When peeling yam, it is best to wear plastic gloves to avoid allergies.
If you can't buy fresh yam, you can go to a Chinese medicine store to buy dried yam.
