Sour and Spicy Cowpeas

Wash the cowpea and red pepper and dry in a well-ventilated place.

Chop chili and cowpea, add salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, minced garlic and vinegar.
3.
Stir well and marinate for half an hour before serving.
Tips:
Cowpeas should be tender
