Sour and Spicy Konjac

Cut the bought konjac into large pieces

Put the konjac and a small amount of water into the wok and cook for about 5 minutes, drain and slice for later use

Tips:
Konjac itself has no flavor. The key to making this dish is the ingredients. Sauerkraut, parsley, green garlic (no garlic can be substituted) and chopped pepper are indispensable.
