Sour Cream

Add yeast and sugar to the flour.

Add appropriate amount of water.

Make a thick batter, cover it with plastic wrap and proof it twice as large.

Beat two eggs into the bowl.

Put leeks and carrots, salt and thirteen spices.

Stir well.

Proofed batter.

Brush oil in the pan and spoon into the batter to spread into small cakes.

Fry the biscuits with golden brown on both sides, and scoop a spoonful of egg liquid.

Put the biscuits on top of the egg liquid and fry to make a final shape.

Scoop in a spoonful of egg liquid again.
12.
Fry the other side of the biscuits on the egg mixture.
