Wonton, as a local snack, presumably many friends like it very much. It is not difficult to make it at home, just buy some wonton wrappers.
When my son didn't graduate from college, he would often watch a football match when he went home on weekends. The supper in the evening was basically either dumplings or wontons. It seems that he still can't get tired of eating this wonton. I repeat it several times and remind me again and again that he must add more black pepper~~
Those who have eaten wontons should know that in addition to lard, pepper is used to enhance the flavor of wontons. Ingenious, occasionally I will add some vinegar to change the taste, and add thick pepper, sour, sour and spicy, so appetizing.

Sour Soup and Fresh Pork Wontons

1. Wash and mince pork.

2. Add minced ginger, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to mix well into wonton filling.

3. Wrap the raw wontons with the stuffing into the raw wonton embryos.

4. Prepare seaweed, dried shrimp skins, chopped green onion, and hot pot base.

5. Put the seaweed and dried shrimp skin into a bowl separately.

6. Add the hot pot bottom ingredients.

7. Add ginger vinegar.

8. Pour in the light soy sauce.

9. Add cooked lard.

10. Scoop a spoonful of hot broth and set aside.

11. Boil the water in the pot, pour the wontons, and cook until they float.

12. Put the cooked wontons into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

13. When mixing the seasoning, I forgot the pepper, and finally remembered to add it.

14. Mix well when eating, sour and spicy for appetizing.

Tips:

1. You can wrap wontons with your favorite fillings.
2. If you don't like lard, you can use other cooking oil instead.
3. I personally feel that eating wonton pepper is absolutely indispensable.
