Sour Soup Noodles

Mix the high powder and water evenly, such as in a bread machine, stir for 8 minutes and wake up for 10 minutes, divide into small doses, press flat, brush a layer of vegetable oil, cover with plastic wrap and wake up again for half an hour;

Leeks, garlic sprouts, shallots, carrots, and fragrant dry clean;

Wash spinach;

Diced dried fragrant, carrot and garlic sprouts;

Dice leeks and shallots;

Prepare sour soup directly in a noodle bowl: stir a spoonful of vinegar, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a small amount of salt, and a small amount of sugar;
