Sour Soup Spinach Noodles

The spinach is blanched, and the flour is set aside

Spinach is slightly dewatered and put into flour to form a dough

Wake up to 30 minutes, knead a few times in between
4.
Roll out with a rolling pin
5.
Plow into leek leaves for use

Boil three times in a pot of boiling water and remove

Add salt, vinegar, light soy sauce, cooked sesame seeds, spicy chili seeds, chopped green onion, Totole vegetables and mix well in a bowl to make a base soup

Take out the spinach noodles and put them in the sour soup, ready to enjoy

Tips:
Just remove the water from the spinach, and the noodles are just right, no need to add water! Wish you be happy.
