Soy Coriander

Prepare the materials;

Boil pot water, add a few drops of oil and appropriate amount of salt, add cauliflower, cook until transparent, remove it for use;

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the tempeh and garlic and stir fry together;

After sauteing the aroma, add the red pepper shreds and stir fry a few times;

Then add the cauliflower that has just been blanched;

Continue to stir-fry until the cauliflower is slightly soft, add appropriate amount of salt;

Stir-fry evenly, add the shallots and stir-fry before starting the pan;

Serve into the plate.
Tips:
1. First blanch the cauliflower, add a few drops of oil and an appropriate amount of salt when blanching the water, and boil the cauliflower until it is six or seven mature;
2. When stir-frying, pay attention to the order of the seasonings to be added. Saute the tempeh and garlic first, and then add the red pepper. It does not need to be fried for a long time;
3. Add the blanched cauliflower and stir fry. After the cauliflower is slightly soft, you can add salt and other seasonings. Finally, add the shallots before starting the pan.
