Soy Egg

Put bay leaves, cinnamon, Chinese pepper, tangerine peel, green onions, and ginger into the pot, and add pineapple beer.

Add soy sauce, water, salt, and broth to a boil.
3.
Shell the cooked eggs.
4.
Put the eggs in the boiling soup, reduce the heat to a simmer.
5.
Turn off the heat until the eggs are colored and delicious.
Tips:
I happen to have an open can of pineapple beer. If not, just use regular beer.
