This taiyaki, as a traditional Japanese snack, usually uses milk as the raw material, but because I beat too much soy milk in the morning (you can't waste it when you drink it~~), this one is born. I have to sincerely admire my own creativity, hahaha

Ingredients

Soy Milk and Honey Bean Taiyaki

1. Prepare all materials and weigh them well.

2. First, mix the confectioner's sugar, eggs and honey with eggs.

3. Sift the low flour and baking powder half into the egg mixture (half!!!)

4. Stir until no particles are smooth, add half of the soy milk and mix well (half of the soy milk!!!)

5. After mixing well, sift the other half of the low powder mixed with baking powder into the batter and continue to mix until there are no particles.

6. Add the remaining soy milk and stir well.

7. Pour in the olive oil and mix well.

8. The state after mixing (as shown in the picture).

9. Put the mixed batter into a piping bag and tie it tightly for later use.

10. After the taiyaki mold is heated on low heat, squeeze a little batter on the fish head (be careful not to overdo it), and sprinkle a few honey beans.

11. After sprinkling the honey beans, squeeze the egg batter to fill the mold, then close the mold, bake on both sides for 1 minute, turn 3-4 times to light yellow color.

Tips:

The real sea taiyaki is easy to make, but the fire is small. It takes about a minute on each side. Turn the mold 3-4 times and it will be cooked. The filling does not need to put honey beans, because the soy milk is not sugared, so fine sugar Many, if soy milk is sweet, pay attention to increase or decrease the amount of sugar according to personal taste.
