Soy Sauce and Green Peppers
1.
Wash the green peppers and flatten them with a knife to remove the stalks and seeds.
2.
Use the tip of a knife to make a few longitudinal strokes along the green pepper.
3.
Cut another 2 cuts.
4.
Also prepare a little tempeh, sliced garlic, and shredded ginger.
5.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic, ginger, and tempeh to the pan.
6.
Add the green pepper and stir fry after the aroma comes out.
7.
If it is too dry, add a very small amount of water. (The water must be minimal, otherwise the green pepper will be boiled, which will affect the taste)
8.
Add salt and a little light soy sauce.
9.
Press the green pepper in a circular motion on the back of the spatula to make it more flavorful.
10.
This is a fast-fried dish.
