Fortunately, I was selected for the June Fresh Soy Sauce trial. As soon as I got it, I couldn’t wait to make a soy sauce chicken wings. This braised soy sauce is really good for braising. Originally I prepared the dark soy sauce for coloring, but the coloring of the chicken wings is already very good after the hot braised soy sauce in June. Beautiful, no need to add soy sauce or fried sugar color at all, and the taste is very punctual!

1. Rinse chicken wings in warm water and soak in water for 30 minutes

Tips:

Make two cuts on the back of the chicken wings, and pierce some small holes on the front to make the chicken wings more delicious. To fry chicken wings, use medium and small fire.
