Soy Sauce Egg Fried Rice

Prepare a bowl of leftover rice

Prepare a small bowl, add two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of dark soy sauce, a little cooking wine and a teaspoon of sugar, then a little bit of oil and mix well

Pour a part of the seasoning into the leftover rice, and mix it with the rice, then add the remaining seasoning, and then grab evenly, do not pour it all at once, so as not to pour over the seasoning

Pour oil in the hot pan, pour the beaten egg liquid into the pan, stir fry to form a pan and set aside

Cut the ham into slices for later use

Heat the pan with oil, pour in the leftover rice and stir fry evenly, the rice will become distinct

Then add eggs and ham and stir fry evenly, and finally add a proper amount of oil to taste.
8.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion (my family doesn’t like chopped green onion)
