Soy Sauce Fried Rice
1.
Beat the eggs, cut the ham into small pieces, shred carrots, shred green onions, and cut peppers into sections.
2.
Scrambled eggs, stir-fry and beat, 80 to 90 minutes cooked, serve and set aside.
3.
Put the ham sausage in a frying pan and fry until slightly charred. Here, it is recommended to buy more pieces of ham instead of pasta or ham.
4.
Add chopped green onions, carrots, small green peppers, and eggs to the pot and stir fry for a while.
5.
Pour in the prepared rice and stir-fry. I use azuki bean rice, which tastes even better after being cooked.
6.
Put a small spoonful of thirteen incense, a small handful of black sesame, two tablespoons of light soy sauce in the pot and stir evenly to get out of the pot.
Tips:
First, there is no need to put salt, because the saltiness of the soy sauce itself is enough to support it. Second, you can also add a small cucumber and chop it into pieces for better appearance and more comprehensive nutrition. Third, the plate can be filled with rice in a bowl, then placed on the plate, and then sprinkled with cooked black sesame seeds. The soy sauce fried rice is out of the pot!
