Soy Sauce Salsa with Asparagus and Potato Salad

Dice tomatoes, onions, and basil leaves, and put them in a small bowl together;

Add soy sauce, olive oil and lemon juice, mix well and serve as salsa.

Potatoes are boiled until 8 is ripe (it can be pierced through with a bamboo stick)

Let the boiled potatoes cool, peel them, and cut into thick slices;

Add a little olive oil (outside the portion) to the pan and fry the potato slices until golden on both sides;

Remove the old stems and skin of the asparagus, and blanch them in boiling water for 20 seconds;
7.
Remove the asparagus, cool with ice water, and drain the water;
8.
Cut the asparagus into long pieces and place them on the bottom of the plate;
9.
Put potato chips on top and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper;
10.
Add salsa sauce or dip it on it and it's ok.
