Soy Sauce Wogua and Beans

Prepare the ingredients, pick and wash the beans, and control the water.

Cut the guagua into triangular pieces of uniform size.

Cut the green onion into small pieces, slap the garlic into small pieces, 1 teaspoon each of the sweet noodle sauce and the garlic sauce.

Put about 30 grams of oil in the pot. Heat 40-50% of the oil and add the beans. Fry the beans over medium heat until they all turn green.

Tips:
Dry cooking is best to use this kind of stainless steel pot or iron pot. Without water, the temperature of the oil will be higher and the vegetables will be cooked faster.
