Tips:
Remember to blanch the pig's trotters, mainly to remove the fishy and make the soup taste better. When blanching, put cold water in the pot and boil the trotters, which can better remove the blood of the meat and prevent the protein from coagulation caused by the direct blanching with hot water, and the blood can not come out.
