Soy Yellow Croaker

Chop green onion, ginger, garlic, and dice green and red peppers. Kill and wash the yellow croaker.

Wipe the bottom of the pot with ginger in the pot, heat the pot with cold oil, add yellow croaker and fry until golden on both sides.

Remove and set aside.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot and saute the star anise and tempeh until fragrant.

Add ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, warm water, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil.

Add the fried yellow croaker to a boil, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for about 7-8 minutes.

When the soup becomes less, add the diced green and red peppers and cook for a while.

Remove the yellow croaker and serve on a plate.
10.
The soup left in the pot is poured into water and starch to make thin glutinous rice flour.
11.
Pour it on yellow croaker.
12.
Sprinkle with chopped chives and cooked pine nuts.
