Soybean, Lotus Root and Pork Ribs Soup

Wash ribs and cut into sections

Peel the lotus root, wash, and cut into hob pieces;

Soak the soybeans in water for a while (no need to soak);

Put the wok on the fire, pour in a suitable amount of vegetable oil, when the oil is 50% hot, pour in the ribs and stir fry;

Stir-fry for a while, pour in cooking wine and soy sauce, stir-fry evenly

Add appropriate amount of water, add green onion, ginger slices, soybeans, and diced lotus root, and bring to a boil;

After boiling, pour the whole into the saucepan,

Simmer on low heat for an hour, simmer until the meat is separated from the bone, season with appropriate amount of salt,

Put coriander on the pan and start
Tips:
The ribs are not blanched, so they can be soaked in clean water for a while. Soybeans do not need to be soaked.
