Soybean Oil Skin Fresh Meat Rolls

Only one soybean oil skin was used. Soak the soybean oil skin in 40 degrees warm water for 8 minutes. After soaking, drain the water and set aside.

Lean meat, minced meat, carrots, shallots, chopped

Put the mashed meat, carrots, and shallots in a bowl, beat with an egg white, add appropriate amount of sesame oil, salt and pepper, and stir well

Cut the soybean oil skin into appropriate size cubes, and spread the adjusted filling evenly on the soybean skin. (I used a knife to flatten, I don’t know if there is any other good way to flatten and compact the filling)

Smooth the meat, roll up the soybean oil skin and prepare for steaming.

Put water in the steamer and put the volume of soy oil skin fresh meat rolls. The amount I steamed is about 3 people. I put 500ML of water in the steamer and steamed for 10 minutes.

It can be sliced and placed on a plate when it is not hot when it is steamed.
