Spaghetti

Boil the pasta in a pot under water, pour a little oil and salt.

After cooking the pasta until soft, remove it and soak it in ice water.

Tips:
When cooking pasta, you can boil it for 10 minutes, after another cool water, change the water and continue to cook for 10 minutes, so that the cooked noodles will be more gluten.
