Spanish Mackerel in Tomato Sauce
1.
Ingredients: Spanish mackerel, tomato seasoning: 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 small bowl of tomato sauce, rice wine, sliced green onion, ginger and garlic, salt, sugar, each amount
2.
Wash the Spanish mackerel, remove the internal organs, and marinate in yellow wine for 10 minutes.
3.
Dry the Spanish mackerel and fry it in a frying pan until golden on both sides.
4.
Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces, slice the onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.
5.
Set the pot on the fire, add the sliced green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, then pour in the tomato cubes and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir fry.
6.
Add the fried Spanish mackerel and pour some water into it. (It’s enough if the water has submerged the fish body)
7.
Add tomato sauce and salt and simmer for 1.5 hours.
8.
Finally, turn to high heat to collect the juice (the fish is ready, soak in fish soup overnight for more flavor)
