Spanish Mackerel Stewed with Potatoes

Wash the Spanish mackerel and cut into pieces.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces, cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic, prepare two dried peppers and one aniseed.

Put oil in the wok, add green onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili aniseed to fry the pan.

Add the right amount of water, the fish loves to be cooked, and the fish will be cooked when the potatoes are cooked. If you want to eat rice, add more water.

Tips:
Fresh Spanish mackerel has white eyes. If you like a lot of soup, you can add more water to stew. Spanish mackerel doesn’t need to use MSG chicken bouillon. I usually don’t cook it because there are babies at home, so it’s not good to eat too much MSG chicken bouillon. It's delicious without putting it.
