Spiced Flower Roll

Make a piece of dough.

Roll out, spread oil, sprinkle a little allspice and salt, and spread evenly.

Roll up.

Cut into sections.

Stack the two pieces together and press them with chopsticks.

Use your hands to squeeze the dough at the bottom of the Hanami along the edge of the indentation.

Put it in a steamer covered with wet cloth, wake up for 15 minutes and steam on high heat for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before removing the lid.
