Spiced Fried Coupling

Add scallion, ginger, salt and chicken soy sauce to the meat filling and beaten up.

Wash the lotus root and peel it.

Cut the lotus root into constant lotus root clamps in the middle.

Flour and starch 1:1 ratio, then add 2 grams of baking powder, add an appropriate amount of water and stir evenly, then add the egg and stir, then add the five-spice powder, pepper powder and cumin, and stir evenly into a frying paste

Put the minced meat in the lotus root clamp.

Re-fry it until golden on both sides.
