1.
5 eggs, rinse well;
2.
The marinade is ready, not limited to these, it can be adjusted and increased according to the taste and the amount of eggs; the marinade and the soup can be used repeatedly;
3.
Put the eggs in a pot of cold water, boil on high heat and turn to medium heat to prevent collisions and breakage;
4.
The boiled eggs are all intact; the water is very clear after cleaning and then cooking;
5.
Remove the eggs and let them cool. Pour the brine into the hot water and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat;
6.
Crush the surface of the egg, but don't peel it off, put it in a heated lunch box;
7.
Pour the boiled marinade into an electric lunch box containing eggs. The soup should be at least one and a half less than the egg; if the soup is too little, to evenly color and taste, you can turn over once halfway;
8.
Cover the inner cover and outer cover, turn on the power, turn on the product WIFI, and select the heating program;
9.
The longer the soaking time, the more delicious the marinated eggs.
Tips:
1. The heating lunch box can bring food and heat it during the day, and make marinated eggs at night. You can read another recipe of mine for the yogurt made with it;
2. The used marinade and marinade can be heated again for use, and the marinade and salt can be added appropriately, so that it is the old marinade soup;
3. Without this heating lunch box, you can use a traditional boiling pot to heat the stew for 20 minutes, and then soak it in the stewed soup for a few hours. If it can be soaked overnight, it will add more flavor;
4. In addition to the stewed eggs, the stewed soup can also be used for other stewed flavors such as kelp, tofu, meat, and chicken legs.
