Spiced Onion Rings (air Fryer Version)

Cut the onion into rings.

Mix flour and five-spice powder well.

Appropriate amount of white bread crumbs.

Add two soil eggs and a little salt to beat them into egg liquid.

Dip the onion rings into the egg mixture, both inside and out.

Wrap in flour.

Cover with egg liquid again.

Wrapped in breadcrumbs.

Put it in a hot saucepan and set a low heat to make the onion rings evenly oiled.

After a few seconds, the breadcrumbs tightened the onion ring and picked it out. Repeat the above operation. Place the onion rings one by one on the plate. Because I prepared it in the evening and bake it in the air fryer in the morning, I put it all on the plate. If it is freshly made, just coat it with oil and put it directly into the fryer.

180 degrees for 20 minutes. The temperature and time depends on the temper of your own fryer 😄 Observe the baking situation at any time and adjust the temperature. Generally high fire first and then medium fire.

Tips:
1. If onion rings are not tight with flour and egg liquid, repeat steps 6 and 7.
2. When the fryer is baking, you can turn it to medium heat, about 120 degrees, when the oil is out.
3. If there is too much oil after being out of the pan, use kitchen paper to absorb the oil before placing it on the plate.
