Spiced Pancakes

Mix noodles with cold water.

Add water while mixing the noodles to make a slightly soft dough.

After 20 minutes, divide the dough into 3 portions.

Take a piece and roll it into thin slices, sprinkle salt and spiced noodles evenly, and brush evenly with oil.

Roll up the dough sheet.

Plate up.

Roll it out to be about the size of a pot.

Pour oil and brush evenly on the ceramic bakeware, and turn on medium to low heat.

Put the oil into the cake dough.

Brush the surface with oil, turn over frequently to prevent paste.

It will be cooked in about five minutes.

Eat it while it's hot, it's crispy.
Tips:
The amount of salt is according to your usual taste, and the amount of oil is in the cake. Don't use a big fire when brazing, otherwise it will burn quickly.
