Spiced Quail Eggs
1.
First, clean the quail eggs and drain them.
2.
Put the quail eggs into the pot with cold water. The amount of water is just below the quail eggs.
3.
Then the multi-function pot has a high fire time for ten minutes.
4.
Pour out the hot water, turn the pot gently or use a spoon to break the eggshells.
5.
Pour clean water again, and the quail eggs are still covered. Put all the prepared ingredients into the pot.
6.
Simmer regularly for about 25 minutes again, turn off the heat, simmer to room temperature, and put the soup in the refrigerator overnight to taste before serving.
Tips:
1. You can adjust the proportion of salt according to your taste, but too little is not easy to taste.
2. In the second stewing, you can turn to a low heat or open the lid to reveal a gap in the later stage.
