Quail eggs contain a wide range of amino acids, rich in halo, and high-quality phospholipids, hormones and other essential human components. The content of iron, riboflavin, and vitamin A are about twice higher than the same amount of eggs, while cholesterol is higher. Spiced Quail Eggs

1. Wash quail eggs.

2. Quail eggs in a pot under cold water, boil for 2 minutes after the water is boiled.

3. Take out the cooked quail eggs and break the egg skins with a spoon.

4. Put water in the pot again, add salt, soy sauce, sugar, star anise, pepper, and ginger slices.

5. Add quail eggs and boil for 5 minutes.

7. The longer the quail eggs are soaked in the sauce, the more delicious they will be.

Tips:

The cooked quail eggs will taste better when the shell is broken.
