Spiced Ribs Braised Rice

Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil, add cooking wine and ginger slices, blanch the ribs, remove and drain.

Heat the pan with oil. Add rock sugar and fry the sugar color. When the oil foams up, the color starts to turn yellow and the sugar color is ready.

Pour in the ribs, stir-fry for a few times, and coat the ribs evenly with sugar.

Add a tablespoon of beef sauce, soy sauce, and sugar, and stir-fry thoroughly.

Pour in the hot water that has not been used for the ribs, turn the heat to a low heat.

Simmer pork ribs with sauce for 10 minutes, add salt and stir-fry.

Pour in the rice, simmer for about 30 minutes, cook and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
