Spiced Roasted Cod

The cod fish sticks are thawed at room temperature, washed, and cut into pieces (to be eaten by children, so only thick pieces of fish are used, and the tail is used for soup).

Add oil, salt, ingredients, ginger powder, five-spice powder and marinate for 10 minutes.
