As a student, Hua Niu liked to eat the spiced silkworm pupa made by Niu's mother. Every time I opened the lunch box, when I saw the spiced silkworm chrysalis, the Hua Niu ate very happily. The soup is mixed with rice, the taste is delicious.

Spiced Silkworm Pupa

1. After washing the silkworm chrysalis, soak in water for 5 minutes, take out the drained water and set aside; pat the green onion, ginger, and garlic into small pieces, pour the bottom oil in the wok, add the onion, ginger, and garlic to taste

2. Put silkworm chrysalis and stir fry, add pepper powder

3. Add salt and dark soy sauce to taste

4. Add light soy sauce, add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer for three minutes, add chicken essence before serving.
