Spiced Tea Egg

Eggs in a pan under cold water, cook for six minutes and then remove.

Put it out and put it in cold water.

Add appropriate amount of tea, cinnamon, rock sugar, bay leaves, star anise, pepper, green onion, ginger, salt, five-spice powder, dark soy sauce, and boiled eggs.

Simmer on low heat for 25 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another half an hour.
