Lixia means that summer has truly arrived. Many people start to cook "Lixia Eggs" at home. They are usually boiled with tea leaves. Watching the eggshells slowly turn red, the house is full of fragrant aromas. Action is not as good as your heart is moving.

Spiced Tea Egg

1. Prepare the materials;

2. Boil the eggs in a pot under cold water for 10 minutes, simmer for 5 minutes and then take out to let cool;

3. The egg cracks the egg shell gently;

4. Put a proper amount of water in the pot, add tea, cinnamon, tangerine peel, star anise, rock sugar;

5. Pour soy sauce;

6. Put in salt

7. Add a teaspoon of five-spice powder and bring to a boil on high heat;

8. After the tea is boiled, add eggs, cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat, and simmer for 30 minutes after turning off the heat.
