Today, in Lixia, there is a saying among the folks that "Lixia eats an egg will make you 10,000 more vigorous." So I made a pot of tea eggs for my family. Everyone is a strong man after eating it, haha!

Spiced Tea Egg

1. Clean the egg shell;

2. Steam in a steamer;

3. Cracks in the shell of the steamed egg cool down;

4. Put star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon and black tea bags in the pot;

5. Put in the eggs, add appropriate amount of water, light soy sauce, and salt, and cover the top of the eggs;

6. Select the stewing function to stew for 3 hours.

Tips:

The boiled eggs will be more fragrant and delicious if soaked overnight.
