Children don't like to eat the yolk of eggs, but they prefer the yolk of quail eggs. New Year is just a joy, as long as there are eggs. I used to like this little egg very much, and it's easy to taste.

Spiced Tea Quail Eggs

1. Prepare the ingredients: 9 quail eggs, 2 bay leaves, 3 star anise, 20 sesame peppers, 1 packet of black tea, 2 grams of salt, and 1 gram of monosodium glutamate

2. Sit in a pot, heat up, put in washed quail eggs and cook

3. Break the boiled egg with chopsticks

4. Add 2 bay leaves, 3 star anises, and 20 hemp peppers in a dry pan and roast until fragrant

5. Pour boiling water and then pour 1 packet of black tea

6. Add salt

7. Pour in MSG and boil until the color comes out

8. Add the quail eggs and cook for 20 minutes, then it will be out of the pot

Tips:

1. When marinating quail eggs, turn them to avoid uneven coloring;
2. Boil the boiled water before boiling the eggs, so that the color and taste will be faster.
