Spicy and Vinegar Shredded Potatoes

Materials needed: potatoes, red peppers, garlic

Peel and shred potatoes, drain with water. Wash the red pepper, remove the seeds and cut into pieces, and chop the garlic.

Put the chopped garlic in a bowl, light soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, and chicken powder, mix the juice thoroughly and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add a handful of hemp peppers until they turn brown.

Put potato shreds and red pepper diced at the same time and stir fry quickly over medium heat

Stir fry until the potato shreds are transparent, and pour in the juice.
