Spicy Bacon and Carrot Rice

Soak the rice for 2 hours in advance, and it will taste better if you drink enough water to cook the rice. The amount of water should be as high as one finger. (The amount of water for unsoaked rice is based on this. If the rice has been soaked, the amount of water should be reduced.) That is, put your fingers flat on the rice and the amount of water is just parallel to your fingers. To make braised rice, the amount of water is too much, and the rice is too soft and sticky. If the rice is too hard, it will be difficult to digest, so the amount of water is critical.

Cut the green radish and sausage into small pieces. The green color of radish is better. Sausage can also be replaced with bacon.
