Spicy Beancurd Strips

Soak the yuba in cold water for five minutes in advance. Do not soak for a long time. It will be too soft for a long time.

Mash the dried chilies and add a spoonful of white sesame chilies.

Add half a teaspoon of salt.

Pour the oil over the chili peppers.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok and heat until 70% hot.
