Spicy Beef

Add XX brine juice to water, the ratio is 1:3, and marinate the beef (large pieces) for about 1 hour;

After marinating, slice into plates;

Adjust the juice: pour the garlic into the oil, add light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, chicken essence, chili oil, pepper oil, small red pepper, and white sesame seeds and stir well;
4.
Pour the seasoned juice on the cut beef slices and serve.
Tips:
1. The beef should be marinated in large chunks, so the juice of the beef itself will not be lost;
2. The adjusted juice can be poured on the beef or eaten with it.
