Speaking of this beef sauce, it is still the specialty sauce of my former colleague. After he brought it to our office a few years ago, he was conquered except for the spicy one. As a result, I humbly asked for advice, and he told me the essence. At the beginning, cooking was already quite interesting for me. The notes recorded a large piece of paper. I originally planned to go home and try to do it myself. Later, I bought the materials and rushed to his house, and asked him to show me live. It was straightforward enough! (Because my colleague and I live in the same community, near Shuiloutai) This hot sauce can be stored for a long time in the refrigerator, and the longer it is, the stronger the flavor. Of course, I have never been in my house for more than a month. Okay, let’s not talk too much nonsense. Let’s share the chili sauce just made today! By the way, today's beef sauce is particularly fragrant, which is probably due to the change of rapeseed oil.

Spicy Beef Sauce

1. The beef is brewed in running tap water for half an hour to remove the blood

2. Soak the millet pepper in water for 15 minutes and then wash it off

3. Drain the soaked beef or use kitchen paper to absorb the water, then cut into 1 cm diced meat for later use

4. Chop the millet pepper and set aside

5. Add half a catty of rapeseed oil to the pot, boil until 8 minutes are cooked, the beef diced, slightly drain the water

6. Add tempeh sauce and stir well

7. Add two tablespoons of sweet noodle sauce and stir well

8. Add millet pepper and ginger and stir well

9. Add sugar and thirteen incense, stir well, turn on a low heat and collect the water.

10. Bottle after cooling

Tips:

1. The amount of beef and chili in the formula can be added according to your own preferences. Millet chili is very spicy, and it is recommended to put it less if it is not spicy;
2. It's best to cut beef into cubes, so that it has obvious graininess when it is eaten, similar to beef jerky, which is very delicious.
