Spicy Beef Tendon

Soak the beef ribs in cold water for 2 hours and boil it in a pot of boiling water for about 15 minutes.

Take it out and let it cool, and remove the fascia with a blade.

Put the processed ribs into the pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, green onion, ginger, garlic, aniseed, and cooking wine.
Cook for 40 minutes.

Let the cooked beef ribs cool, cut them with a knife, and tear them into strips.

Cut into 2cm sections.

Put cooking oil in the wok and heat it up.

Put in the cooked beef ribs.

Stir-fry twice, add light soy sauce, appropriate amount of sugar, chili noodles, pepper noodles, cumin, salt, and sesame seeds.
